Biography:
Dawn began her employ with SDCCD as an instructor in the North City Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) program in 1989. She developed the current ABI program and then was hired as a Disability Support Programs and Services (DSPS) counselor in 1998. She has also taught English as a Second Language.
