The Educational Cultural Complex provides opportunities for job training, high school completion, the chance to be better parents, to become citizens and to learn English. College credit classes are available as well as exposure to the finest cultural activities.

The Educational Cultural Complex is a unique campus serving the collegiate, cultural, continuing educational, and career/technical training needs of the community. The building sits back from Ocean View Boulevard behind a large tree-filled parking lot.
